Inerting cold asbestos
We developed a technology liquid impregnation process to encapsulate and asbestos dust in situ, before grubbing, a simple coating and wetting surfaces accessible.
The physical process could be done thanks to an appropriate configuration as well as accessibility conditions of asbestos : spray, applied by brush or dip.
These operations could be sequenced, if necessary.

Manufacturing : The product is manufactured by a simple mixture of mechanical components liquid water that are available commercially. The ingredients are mixed and the mixture is stable over time, according to a specific manufacturing process which is a know-how original.
Use : The implementation is quite simple and does not present any difficulties or risks (coating, spray, spray or dip). It is just necessary to allow to dry (evaporation of water) and harden after wetting.

The second technology uses a bi-system component that led to the mass and the solidification of mineral residue of all kinds, including incineration ash, residues loaded toxic heavy metals, mineral deposits.
Manufacturing : The system is easy to make a simple mixing of the two components which are liquid, using a mechanical shaker.
Use : The conditions of use should follow a clear procedure to the extent that the mixture between the two reagents must be done on the spot and time of use of the mixture is one hour. This technique is known and does not present difficulties for the man of art. All products or residues in the form divided and sufficiently dry can be encapsulated and aglomérés by this technology bi-component. They can then recovered as materials with good mechanical properties levels.
Asbestos removal and asbestos waste management (pure forms or friable, sprayed)
Our products are involved at 3 distinct levels :
1) During the mechanical withdrawal : Our technology, based on the low-pressure spraying an aqueous solution of mineral products, used to agglomerate the asbestos dust crystalline particularly dangerous and secure working conditions. The product, after drying, can also obtain a consolidation of spraying, authorizing the withdrawal easier and faster in the form of plates solidified, instead of having debris friable and divided.

During the waste evacuation and transportation : The effect of mixing and amalgamation reached between asbestos and treatment product also helps secure the transport of waste and also allows better use of trucks, composite obtained is significantly denser than the spraying untreated (best filling big bags evacuation).
3) Treatment and storage : Finally, another suitable technology will transform asbestos crystalline amorphous phase in a non-dangerous by a succession and adds effects chemical and physical-chemical. This operation will be conducted in the processing station by an industrial chemistry "soft" and low temperature, with a low cost, without commensurate with the treatment the plasma torch.
